Expected Behavior

All participants agree to:

  • Treat others with kindness and dignity

  • Speak and share from personal experience

  • Be supportive of parents at every stage

  • Keep discussion threads relevant and meaningful

  • Offer constructive feedback rather than criticism

  • Respect boundaries, privacy and differing approaches

  • Uphold the purpose of this community which is to empower families and build generational value

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, bullying or hate speech

  • Disrespectful or dismissive comments

  • Profanity or intentionally offensive language

  • Sharing someone else’s personal information

  • Spam, solicitation or off topic promotion

  • Disrupting conversations or derailing calls

  • Inappropriate content in any form

Reporting Concerns

If you observe behavior that violates this code

  • Email support@dinnertable.com

  • Reports are confidential and handled promptly

  • Our team may follow up with all parties to resolve concerns with fairness and empathy

Consequences

Depending on the severity of the violation

  • A private warning

  • Temporary community suspension

  • Permanent removal from groups or events

  • Revocation of membership without refund in severe cases

By participating in any Dinner Table space, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and contribute to a safe, supportive community.
